Step 1: Preliminary Application
Every interested applicant starts here. Download and complete the official Application to Lease or Rent.(A separate application is required for each occupant 18 years of age or older.) 👉 Download the Rental Application (PDF)— Email your completed application to: chelsea.cook@compass.com. That's it for Step 1. This is a preliminary review — it lets us see your information before moving into formal screening.
Step 2: Full Screening Application
If you're selected to move forward, you'll hear from Chelsea personally, and a secure RentSpree link will be sent directly to you. This is where the formal background, credit, and rental history screening takes place. You won't need to do anything for Step 2 until you've been invited to that stage.
