Step 1: Preliminary Application
Every interested applicant starts here. Review the Rental Criteria. Download and complete the official Application to Lease or Rent.(A separate application is required for each occupant 18 years of age or older.) 👉 Download the Rental Application (PDF)— Email your completed application to: chelsea.cook@compass.com. That's it for Step 1. This is a preliminary review — it lets us see your information before moving into formal screening.
Step 2: Full Screening Application
If you're selected to move forward, you'll hear from Chelsea personally, and a secure RentSpree link will be sent directly to you. This is where the formal background, credit, and rental history screening takes place. You won't need to do anything for Step 2 until you've been invited to that stage.
